What I've learned about works such as this, is, God doesn't deny the existence of evil in the world. We live in a fallen world, surrounded by unholy elements bent on separating us from the true God.

But in the midst of the enemies attack shines the glory of God, illuminating our path to His kingdom. 

 

"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
